 For Existing Customers (Property Owners):

Refer an NRI friend who signs up their property for Property Management Services with us, and you will receive 50% of your property management fee as a referral reward.

For Existing Tenants:

Refer an NRI friend who signs up their property for Property Management Services with us, and you will receive 50% of their property management fee as a referral reward.

Not a Customer? No Problem!

Terms & Conditions:

• Offer valid only for properties located in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, and Vizag.
• Referral award is applicable only when the referred property owner signs a property management agreement with us.
• Referral Award is applicable ONLY on the Property Management fee for the year April’25 to March’26.
• In case you have multiple properties managed by us, the referral fee will be based on any property which is equivalent to the referred property.
